ECM Business Analyst

Overview:iBridge Group, Inc., based in Austin, Texas, seeks an experienced Business Analyst with broad experience in large software solution implementations. This position requires extensive experience in business process redesign concepts and methods with a successful track record of facilitating customer service delivery, business operations or similar improvements preferably in the public sector. Must also have good understanding of full life cycle development, from initial requirement gathering and analysis through development, testing, implementation and production support activities. The position will have extensive customer facing responsibilities, so experience with a wide variety of project participants from diverse backgrounds and excellent communication skills are required.
Required Skills / Experience:
  • 8 years progressively responsible business and related technical analysis, business process redesign and consulting experience
  • 5 years of experience as a business analyst with concentration in working with clients to define requirements, analyzing and improving customer service delivery or business processes through the use of technology
  • 4 years of experience of ECM experience with IBM FileNet, IBM Content Manager (CM), or EMC Documentum
  • Experience in software implementations and existing system enhancements including business analysis, requirements, use cases, specification documents, report development, testing, issue tracking and training
  • Experience successfully working independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to design business processes and associated technical and functional requirements at a detailed level while ensuring the overall design or “big picture” is also supported by the detailed design
  • Successful experience conveying complex technical concepts and designs in terms that can be understood by a diverse group of project participants, stakeholders or customers
  • Self-managed, highly motivated and results oriented approach with ability to instill similar qualities in a team environment

Overview:iBridge Group, Inc., based in Austin, Texas, seeks an experienced Technical Consultant with a broad enterprise content management (ECM) background. This position requires extensive experience in full life cycle development, from initial requirement gathering and analysis through development, testing, implementation and production support activities. Experience in healthcare, insurance, or large public sector organizations is preferred. The position will have customer facing responsibilities, so experience with a wide variety of project participants and excellent communication skills are required.
Required Skills / Experience:
  • 6 years of analysis and development experience on enterprise level applications
  • 3 years of broad experience with IBM Content Manager (CM), IBM FileNet, EMC Documentum or similar enterprise content management (ECM) systems
  • 2 years of Java development experience
  • 2 years of database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 preferred)
  • 2 years of experience designing and implementing solutions using SOA application integration technologies and methodologies
  • Extensive analysis and configuration experience
  • Experience working independently or in a team environment

System Analyst

Overview:iBridge Group, Inc., based in Austin, Texas, seeks a Systems Support Analyst with experience in business critical application support. This position involves performing day to day production system monitoring and support, with additional effort directed to support the development staff configuring lower environment servers for testing new functionality as per user requirements, procedures, and problems. This position is performed in a team environment, requiring excellent communication skills. This position works under close supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Support duties are performed at the customer’s location, so professional appearance and deportment are required. Shift 10-7, with additional hours required occasionally for deployment support, etc.
Required Skills / Experience:
  • 2 years progressively responsible system support, providing technical support for troubleshooting software/ hardware problems, escalating as needed
  • 2 years of experience providing documentation of issues and resolutions
  • 1 year of experience evaluating new requirements and providing timely technical feedback
  • Experience in software implementations and existing system enhancements including deployment planning/ documentation, enhancement and deployment testing, issue tracking, training, and validation
  • Experience successfully working independently or in a team environment
  • Coordinate support between linked computer systems to address performance issues
  • Assists with determining computer software or hardware needs required to set up or alter systems
  • Client facing experience and proven track record of successful client relations
Preferred Skills / Experience:

Senior System Administrator

Overview:iBridge Group, Inc., based in Austin, Texas, seeks an experienced System Administrator with broad background in large software solution implementations and extensive server, network, and systems support experience. This position requires extensive experience in supporting full life cycle development, from initial requirement gathering and analysis through development, testing, implementation and production support activities. Experience in healthcare, insurance, or large public sector organizations is preferred. The position will have customer facing responsibilities, so experience with a wide variety of project participants and excellent communication skills are required.
Required Skills / Experience:
  • 10 years of experience on enterprise level applications
  • 5 years of technical strategy and architecture planning and design experience
  • 3 years of system administration experience including configuring and working with Windows Server, Active Directory, Terminal Services, Group Policy and/or related technologies
  • Experience administering Solaris
  • Experience using various virtualization technologies on multiple platforms such as VMware, AIX logical partitions (LPARs), Solaris Zones and others
  • Strong analysis and configuration experience
  • Working knowledge of current server, networking and storage technologies
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and VPNs
  • Working knowledge of server hardware, cabling, data center infrastructure
  • Understanding and experience in disaster recovery planning and testing, including architecting and implementing back-up solutions using products such as IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM), Veritas, or similar technologies
